Our persimmons represent 40% of our total production and are grown across 40 hectares of professionally managed orchards, ensuring stable and large-scale output. Only fully mature fruits are carefully harvested, allowing the natural flavor and sweetness to fully develop.
After harvesting, the persimmons are ripened in a specialized warm warehouse, using controlled conditions to achieve optimal texture and eating quality. As a result, the fruits feature uniform color, excellent firmness, and a well-balanced natural sweetness, making them perfectly suited for modern retail chains that require consistent appearance, high quality, and reliable supply standards.
